::Gerard, no - '''your bot is misconfigured'''. For example, in Polish "dag" it changes interwiki "[sv:dag]" into "[sv:Dag]", even though both Wiktionaries are case-sensitive. It removes right interwiki and puts wrong ones on a mass scale.
