Language names in Bulgarian are in lower case. Indeed from all of the words only Азербайджан, България, Италия and Сардиния should be uppercased. There are also some non-bulgarian words or mistakes:

• Ucraïnès - it's украински
• Азәрбајҹан - it's азербайджански
• Еврейски - it's иврит, еврейски (lower case) means jewish
